You haven’t lived in Lagos until you’ve had piping hot suya. This skewered meat (beef, ram \u2013 you pick!) is grilled to smoky perfection and dusted with that secret spice blend that’ll have your taste buds doing backflips. Don’t forget the fascinating chopped onions and cooling cabbage to balance the heat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Have you just landed in Lagos, look no further, step out into the night and look for a suya joint, don’t miss the rejuvenating feeling of the smooth, fleshy bites.<\/span><\/p>\n
